HOW CAN WE GET IN CONTACT?

“Contact” page. Please reach out via call/message/email if you have any questions.
What time is check-in/out?
Check-Ins begin at 2pm*
Check-Out is at 10am
*exceptions can be made but please contact us as this is on a case-by-case basis and availability
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM STAY?
Yes. For our short term stays, a minimum of 2 days per booking must be satisfied. 28 days or longer are required to be considered long term.
ARE BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED?
For your safety and peace of mind for both Pretty Posh Place LLC and the individuals wishing to stay with us, background checks are required for every individual booking stays for 28 days or longer.
ANY HOUSE RULES?
These will be provided upon check-in. Some of the rules include the following: no unregistered guests allowed, no smoking, no parties, no pets allowed under any circumstance. We want and expect you to enjoy your stay with us. All we ask in return is for your respect for both our property and the neighbors.
AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours (2 days of stay) will receive 75% refund.
- Bookings cancelled within 168 hours (7 days of stay) will receive a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours (1 day of stay) will receive a 25% refund.
